This is just a little snack that I’ve seen around the internet, but it sounds fun and I don’t have enough snacks on here.
What you need:
- Banana
- Banana fixin’s – I used almond butter, chia seeds, flax seeds, cocoa powder and cinnamon
Instructions:
- Basically you take a banana and chop into mini sushi roll size slices. Then slather with some nut butter and sprinkle with stuff.
- I did chia and flax seeds, cinnamon and cocoa, but this could also be great with coconut, sliced almonds, etc.
