Quick, easy side. Cheap. Virtually no mess besides an easy to clean pan.
What you’ll need:
- Snow peas – heaping handful from grocery store per person, and one for good luck.
- Tamari – because, gluten free – or Coconut aminos – becase, Whole30
- Optional, if you like heat: add some chili garlic paste, just a bit.
- Throw the snow peas in a pan with some tamari (not that much) and sauté until the green gets more vibrant but they still maintain a crispness to your liking.
